Grossman & Associates

With the backing of Northwestern Mutual (NM) and it's 160+ year history, my team and I are uniquely positioned to service you and your family. In fact, multigenerational planning is something we take much pride in - from helping retirees decumulate assets efficiently leaivng the legacy they desire, to helping new families accumulate assets efficiently to make their futures look exactly the way they want.

I look forward to meeting you and your family.

The 6 Core Values of Grossman & Associates:

Partnership:

  • We will do our absolute best to help you and your family achieve the best life possible by not only working for you, but working with you. This involves in depth fact finding so we can clearly understand your background, goals, needs, and objectives. This fact finding allows us to use our knowledge, expertise, and experience to find optimal solutions for you and your family during all phases of life – our goal is to form strong relationships, and to make your planning experience a partnership that you can feel confident in.

Organization:

  • We will continuously strive to bring order to your financial life by assisting with both the ‘macro’ level of your finances - investments, taxes, insurance, estate planning, etc. – and the ‘micro’ level of your finances - organizing and updating your balance sheet, monthly cash flow, etc. through our annual reviews and our ever-evolving technology platform.

Proactive Approach:

  • As we all know and have experienced, life will throw us curveballs and we need to be able to react and adjust. We will continuously work with you to be financially prepared for all phases of life by assessing potential life transitions during annual reviews and updating your financial plan accordingly.

Accountability:

  • One of the most important jobs a financial advisor has is to help clients follow through with their financial commitments to ensure needs, goals, and objectives are met. We will work with you to prioritize your goals, put the proper plan in place to achieve them, and continuously track progress toward those goals.

Objectivity:

  • The Grossman & Associates team provides objective, fiduciary level guidance and works under the umbrella of NM. In turn, this value is really two-fold with regard to your financial planning solutions and recommendations: 1. We help our clients remove emotion from their investment decision making and ensure that financial plans are well thought out based on their goals rather than on temporary circumstances. 2. NM is an independent broker dealer and not publicly traded so we’re unbiased when selecting ETF’s, mutual funds, and individual securities for your investment portfolio.

Education:

  • Education is paramount at Grossman and Associates. The part of the financial planning process that we find to be most valuable and rewarding is educating you on why we’re making certain recommendations. It’s important to us that when you leave our office, you understand why the recommendations we made will not only help you achieve your needs, goals, and objectives, but are also efficient with regard to tax, investment, insurance, college saving, and estate planning strategies. It is important to us that you feel well versed and confident in your plan.
